How does selling a ticket to the Razorback Ticket Exchange work?
- Tell us you can't make it to the game and get an instant offer for your ticket.
- Accept the offer and send your tickets to the Exchange in a few clicks.
- Get paid via PayPal.
How do I accept the offer and send tickets to the Exchange?
- Log in to your University of Arkansas Razorbacks Season Ticket Account.
- Click on Razorback Ticket Exchange within "My Tickets" Menu.
- Select the tickets to sell and click "Send to Exchange."
How do I get my money?
If your tickets are purchased, we transfer funds into your PayPal account one (1) business day after the event date, no later than 5 p.m. ET.
Where does the revenue from my transaction go?
All revenue from this platform goes exclusively to the University of Arkansas Department of Athletics.
I don't have a PayPal account. Help!
Unfortunately we can only process payouts via PayPal at this time. Click Sign Up for PayPal to setup an account.

Can I re-submit my tickets?
Yes! We've made it really easy for you to re-submit once your offer expires. Just look for the "Re-Submit" button in your expiration email.
How close to the event can I place a request to return my ticket?
Return your ticket anytime before the event while the Exchange is open. Typically an Exchange closes a few hours before doors open to the event.
What if I change my mind after I accept the offer?
Once you send your ticket to the Exchange you cannot cancel the sale.
What if I send my tickets to the Exchange after my offer expires?
Your tickets will not be accepted and your sale will not be finalized. Please ensure that the tickets are sent by the time your offer expires.
What if I accidentally send the wrong tickets to the Exchange when accepting my offer?
If you send tickets that are different than those reflected in your offer, the offer will be rescinded. These tickets will remain in your ownership.
I’ve placed a request to return my ticket but didn’t get an offer, how long should I expect to wait?
Look for an estimate of your wait time in your request confirmation email. The wait time depends on how many reservations are made for tickets like yours. Wait times are usually much shorter closer to the event.
I want to cancel my request to return my ticket, help!
No problem! Simply follow the cancellation prompt in your request confirmation email to instantly remove your request.
